Join Amateur Bird Nerd / Professional Meditation Facilitator Tatum Barnes for a peaceful excursion into Nature. Spring migration will be in full swing as we watch out for warblers and spy sparrows high and low. We will also delight in a mindful moment, grounding our bodies and sharpening our minds.

No experience with either bird-watching or meditation is required. Materials are provided, however feel free to bring your own binoculars.
